About the Campaign

The national promotional campaign "Administration tailored to all of us" was implemented within the European Union project.

The aim of this campaign was to inform the public in Serbia about the process and results of public administration reform by highlighting specific directions and results of public administration reform as well as EU support for public administration reform in Serbia.

The main message of the campaign was that public administration reform is implemented for the sake of all citizens so that Serbia has a public administration that works transparently and in accordance with the law, enables citizen participation in making important decisions, modernizes and improves professionally to provide professional services to citizens and economy. manages public money collected through the efficient operation of tax services.
