In February 2021, the Project prepared the Guidelines for Judges for the Prevention of Disciplinary Offenses and the Guidelines for Court Presidents for Creating Conditions for the Prevention of Disciplinary Offenses of Judges and submitted it for consideration to the High Judicial Council (HJC). In January 2021, the Disciplinary Prosecutor and President of the Disciplinary Commission of the HJC agreed with the text of the guidelines, providing a recommendation to the HJC for adoption and delivery of the guidelines in the form of instructions to all court presidents and judges in the Republic of Serbia. It is expected that the HJC will adopt them soon and, that the President of the High Judicial Council and the Supreme Court of Cassation will send it to all judges and court presidents in the form of an instruction.
