HR workshop for Council Office staff

The HR Workshop was held for all the staff at the Council so that the people who are the vital core of the Council would understand the significance and necessity of efficient communication and HR management at all levels. 

This training showed that human resources and communication are important for every team and organisation if they are to function with success, while post-training evaluation, besides the fact that the training earned a high grade, suggested that the staff wanted to work on ideas and knowledge exchange. 

The employees’ satisfaction with this kind of training is further confirmed by their positive feedback, such as the following: “I found practical examples the most useful, and I will definitely use them in communication with my co-workers”. When asked which presented material they found useful for their future work, the most common answers the participants gave were that these were practical examples and communication with co-workers.
