As a result of trainings and mentoring processes provided by the Project, three companies have already won financial support through public calls.
During their development, companies face different challenges. In order to provide concrete and direct support to companies that are tenants or clients of the Science and Technology Park Belgrade, training (support) needs analysis has been prepared, in order for companies to cope with the challenges easier.
The analysis defined set of specific topics for which trainings or mentoring support will be provided:
- Individual training on business development
- Individual reverse business model development
- Support in project proposals for national public calls
- Investment readiness and access to investors
- Go-to-Market and sales acceleration for service segment
- Go-to-Market and sales acceleration for physical product segment
- Content development & digital marketing
In the previous period, individual support programs were organized for a total of 15 companies - seven companies received support in the area of business development, four companies were supported in the development of individual reverse business model, while five companies were supported in preparing project proposals for national public calls.
Thanks to this type of support provided by the Project, three companies received financial support under The Mini Grants Program of The Innovation Fund, which is aimed at private young enterprises, engaged in the development of technological innovations with a clear market need.
