Mini HR academy organised for High Judicial Council staff

The Project prepared and organised a Mini HR Academy, which encompassed a series of trainings for 40 members of the Office employees.

The Mini HR Academy is an interactive programme of trainings which at the same time represent the most immediate form of cooperation between the Office and the Council on the Office’s HR capacity building – as all the functions of the Council are highly dependent on the capacity of the Office. The trainings were organised in a way that the staff were consulted on the choice of topics and the manner of their presentation. 

The programme contains trainings relating to:

a) technical knowledge, such as: competence-based selection of employees, HR-related topics, topics related to budgeting etc.;

b)” soft skills”, such as: time management, communication, leadership, strategic planning, etc.

The Office employees have been informed that the list of trainings is not exhaustive, and that the Project is ready to act on the employees’ initiative and supplement the programme with trainings they might wish for.
