Since August 2020, the project has been providing continuous support to Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia in the analysis of Quality Management System (QMS) and developing sampling procedures.
Workshops are organised via Zoom application. The attendants have live discussions and jointly make changes in the existing QMS.
