Cultural Cooperation Projects in the Western Balkans 2019

The objectives of this Call are: to increase cultural cross-border cooperation within the Western Balkans region and the EU Member States; to strengthen the competitiveness of the cultural and creative industries in the region. Focus is on: cooperation between cultural and creative industries within the Western Balkans and/or with EU Member States; strengthening the capacities; developing new skills and new models of revenue, management and marketing;  adapting to the digital shift; transnational mobility of artists, etc.
