If you are part of the research, technical, administrative and managerial staff that supports research and innovation activities, the MSCA Staff Exchange program is the right program for you.

It promotes innovative international, cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary cooperation in research and innovation through the exchange of personnel, knowledge and ideas at all stages of the innovation chain. It fosters a shared culture of research and innovation that welcomes and rewards creativity and entrepreneurship, and helps turn ideas into innovative products, services or processes.
