Summary
Mobile primary water treatment units are designed for producing drinking water in line with different demands and consumption requirements. The mobile units must provide complete purification treatment even in cases where quality of the water source is unknown. The units are mounted, according to their size, on rubber in carts, pick-ups or in shelters and are designed to be easily towed and completely self-managed thanks to their internal generators. They can be supplied with a water storage tank or a bag-packing system. A range of possible equipment combinations allows for the units to meet drinking water needs in a wide variety of situations including emergencies such as floods or droughts, refugee camps, as equipment for temporary or ever moving projects or as permanent water supply plants for communities like villages and missions.
This project contributes directly to upgrading of emergency response and prevention systems in the post-flood period.
