Strengthened technical capacities for the full roll-out and implementation of a Centralised Case Management System (CCMS) ensuring a random allocation of cases function and covering in all courts of general jurisdiction country-wide

Summary

The Serbian judiciary uses various ICT systems for case processing, case management, document management and provision of necessary management information.

This project will introduce a modern centralised system for case registration and case management in all courts of general jurisdiction, covering the entire judiciary system. The new system will enable better management of security issues related to data protection, ensure interoperability and interconnectivity between courts, government institutions and agencies and migration of digital data from past systems to the new one. Scanning/imaging hardware and software will be needed in 149 courts of general jurisdiction and adequate training will be provided to 6,700 end users. This will result in improved efficiency of court proceedings and enhanced quality of reporting system and data collection.
