This project envisages a total of EUR 8 million worth of non-repayable money from IPA 2021 envelope for development of internal market policies and practices in eight areas of intervention or six negotiating chapters.

The contribution agreement for project implementation is signed with 3 EU Member States:

1.     International and Iberoamerica Foundation for Administration and Public Policies or FIIAPP from Spain,

2.     Slovak Agency for International Development Cooperation and

3.     L'Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo.

Support in the area of state aid aims to:

·       Contribute to the harmonisation of the Serbian state aid rules with the EU acquis,

·       Further improve the technical capacity of the Commission for State Aid Control,

·       Raise awareness of the impact of state aid on the economy,

·       Train aid grantors to use the new state aid e-register and

·       Provide the necessary technical equipment for a better performance of Commission for State Aid Control.
