OPEN: Distribution and Sales Agents Automatic Support 2020

Within MEDIA Sub-programme specific objective of this Call is: supporting theatrical distribution through marketing, branding, distribution and exhibition of audiovisual works, as well as for international sales activities; in particular the subtitling, dubbing and audio-description of audiovisual works. The activities to be funded are: Action 1 – Support to Distributors: the co-production of European films; the acquisition of distribution rights of European films, etc. Action 2 – Support to Sales Agents: advances paid for the international sales rights on European films; the promotion, marketing and advertising on the market of European films.

Reference: EACEA/22/2019          Maximum indicative amount: EUR 24,350,000 (Support to Distributors) and EUR 3,500,000 (Support to Sales Agents)
